Watermelon Kiwi Pops

Make your own pops to avoid the high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and flavors, and processed and artificial sweeteners often found in store-bought varieties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions

STEP 1
Blend the coconut water and watermelon in a blender.
STEP 2
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds so they're about 3/4 full. Add the kiwi chunks. Freeze until solid.
