Sugar Cookie Shake

This protein-filled shake tastes just like the cookie — sprinkles and all.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 small banana, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tbs. almond butter
  • 1 serving vanilla Life Time protein powder 
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

STEP 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If you'd like, line a tall glass with sprinkles by dipping the rim in water and then a pile of sprinkles.
