Pink Grapefruit Margarita

For a classic presentation, salt the edge of your glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and rolling in kosher salt.
A pitcher and two glasses of a grapefruit margarita.
  • Yield 2 drinks
  • Prep Time 5 minutes
  • Cook Time 0 minutes

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup Meyer lemon syrup or lime syrup
  • 2 grapefruit wedges for garnish

Alcohol options: Tequila or Cointreau

In a small pitcher, stir together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and Meyer lemon syrup. Pour into two glasses filled with ice, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
If you’d prefer your margarita blended, simply put the grapefruit juice, lime juice, Meyer lemon syrup and 1 1/2 cups of ice in a blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
