Fiesta Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans
  • 5 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 can (4 oz.) jalapeno
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp. cumin

Directions

STEP 1
In a food processor, blend together all ingredients until smooth.
STEP 2
Serve as a dip for fresh-cut vegetables or spread on your favorite sandwich.
