Citrus Salmon Sheet-Pan Meal
Ingredients
Citrus Salmon
- 1 cup diced butternut squash (1/2-inch cubes)
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, divided
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 6-oz. wild-caught salmon fillets
Lemon-Garlic Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
