Baked Oatmeal
Prepare this baked oatmeal for an easy breakfast that's packed with protein and both dairy- and gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs. flaxseed meal
- 3 tbs. water
- 5 scoops vanilla Life Time vegan protein powder
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 3 tbs. coconut oil
Directions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flaxseed meal and water together and let sit for five minutes.
STEP 2
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
STEP 3
Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add the mixture to pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
STEP 4
Serve with mixed berries, coconut milk yogurt, and/or nut butter.
